Make the - `Worlds best bread`
So I came over this recipe from my mother in law and to no longer have it on a piece of paper to remember i'll post it here for my own sake (but hopefully also for others to try out). The bread is truly great, you should try out if you like bread and can bother taking the time!
Norwegian recipe
650 gr siktet speltmel
250 gr sammalt speltmel
60 gr solsikkekjerner
60 gr gresskarkjerner
50 gr sesamfrø
50 gr havegryn
100 gr linfrø
1 ss salt
1 pk gjær
1 l vann
50 gr chia frø (om du har)
- Rør sammen til løs deig
- Hev ca. 30 min under håndkle
- Hell deigen over i to godt smurte brødformer og strø over gresskarkjerner
- Hev videre ca. 45 min
- Stekes på 225 grader i 40 minutter i ovnen
- Ta brødene ut av formene og stek opp ned på rist i 15-20 minuter til for å få skorpene sprø og deilige

250 grams of whole wheat flour
60 grams sunflower seeds
60 grams pumpkin seeds
50 grams of sesame seeds
50 grams of oatmeal
100 grams flax seeds
1 tablespoon salt
65 gram yeast
1 liter of water
50 grams chia seeds (if you have)
- Stir together into loose dough
- Let the dough raise approx. 30 minutes under towel
- Pour the dough into two well-greased bread forms and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
- Raise for another approx. 45 min
- Fry at 225 degrees for 40 minutes in the oven
- Take the breads out of the forms and fry upside down on the grid for another 15-20 minutes to make the crust crispy and delicious
